Important Accommodation Details

This website was created to ensure that information is in one centralized location for easy reference.

For family members traveling out of state, there are several options for accommodations.

1. Estate that sleeps up to 25 (7 bedrooms and loft with 10 twin beds).  Let me know if you are interested in staying here by May 15th. The cost for adults (18+) is $200 for the entire weekend (this includes food). Add $60 for one child under 18 years old.  If you have more than one child, call me. 

50% DEPOSIT DUE May 31st.

2. Group Rate of $107.00* per night at Hampton Inn Commerce. Click the Hampton Inn page at the top and it should redirect you to the hotel website with group code. VALID ONLY THROUGH FRIDAY, JULY 5, 2024!!!

3. Reserve your own hotel or local Airbnb. **

*Group Rates are typically higher than market rate, please feel free to research this hotel or   other hotels in the area (Holiday Inn Express, Fairfield Inn, Baymont, and Best Western).
